This is the very beginning of my diaries.   My plans for this year so far are:      Hatch my own chickens and add to my laying stock.    Start selling eggs.        Start to breed meat birds, grow, despatch, process   and eat my own chicken meat.               Hatch and raise my own turkeys.         Demolish my old barns to make way for housing for all these new projects!           Make office in to working craft space.
